The European storm is Lissabon is over. We want to congratulate our Black Belt team with the outstanding performance of coming home with a silver medal. It does take a lot of courage to compete! Wim who is in top shape and recently won the NEWAZA World Championship in Paris (-76kg ) only got stopped in the finals by a very tough Theodoro Gabriel Canal Almeida of GF Team. Kenny and Jordy didnt have the best preparation (Jordy was out a long time with a knee injury - operation - revalidation) but that didnt bother them to go anyway and give it their best shot. No medals this time yet another experience and an excellent motivation to continue the hard work on the mats. Jackson Paulo didnt compete due to examinations and Fran is preparing for her upcoming MMA fight next Saturday in Germany! GO FRAN!
