The Fairytale (Part 1) Fairytales are all-time favorite stories of both the young and those young at heart. Today, well share with you a fairytale carved out from the true-to-life experience of our very dear friends, Win and Fe. Once upon a time, not-so-long ago, in a not-so-far away land, lived a simple , God-fearing, and cute young king named Erwin. Life in his kingdom was not bad, but he always had this unquenched thirst to explore the world and make a mark in the hearts of other people. So off he went to a not-so-nearby place. There, he tried to educate himself as much as he can in both academic and extra-curricular activities. Despite all the knowledge he gained, he still felt unfulfilled. Something seems missing. One day, while in the middle of his hard toil, something...rather, someone struck gis searching eyes. There in front of him, stood the loveliest deity he has ever seen. The goddess name was Marife. He tried to reach out to her, but could somehow not find strength. Nervous and unsure, he went for the shorter route...he declared both of them a couple. Yes, just like that! To the princes surprise, the goddess agreed. They were exclusively seeing each other, going for horse rides to other villages. When time permits, they would travel by carriage to distant lands. After what seemed like a century...well, it was actually ten years after, On September 18, 1998, at 6 in the evening, to be exact, the king made the goddess his queen, with the blessings by the Kings most trusted knights. On April 20, 2000, they welcomed their first bundle of joy to the world of thw mortals. They named their little princess, Ethel Janne. On July 28, 2001, at the height of their joyous union, another delightful bundle arrived. This time, they named the second princess, Ethel Joy. Well, as the saying goes, things come in threes. The third princess, Ethel Jill, was greeted with the enthusiasm and thrill on August 27, 2003. Notice that all princesses are named Ethel. According to the King, it means Noble. And, why not, right? After all, the bloodline is royalty! Then, on January 2, 2006, the first heir to the throne was born and joined the family. Prince John Earl gave the royal family a flinch with his charm and sweetness. He showed no traces of the typical mischief that young boys usually get themselves into trouble with. While the King was so busy minding the affairs of his empire, the queen attended to the royal offspring. The queens personal touch in rearing the children inculcated deep seated values like no other. While the king was traveling to various places, spreading dominance over unexplored territories, near and far, the queen attended to local duties and functions. Now, ten years after, the king and queen first expressed their vows; they have decided to move forward. For the king, there will never be any other journey more gratifying and honorable that to lead the queen into the fold of the Lords flock.. Then, they lived happily...rather, they CHOSE to live happily...ever..after...
