The First Step in any plan to save the United States of America must be the removal of ALL of the lawmakers in our Federal capitol as instructed in The Second Amendment to the Constitution. Step Two would be to institute a national draft of registered voters to replace those removed. If a voters name is chosen and passes certain criteria, they will be required by law to serve one and ONLY one term representing their districts. They will be justly and fairly renumerated for their service. Step Three will be to stop all United States monies, other than legal debt service, from exiting our borders. The Constitution of the United States of America will be fulfilled and protected by these simple steps. OUR nation will be preserved, and our national deficit will be retired in under five years time.
