The Four Quadrants of Authentication .... Very few Asil Arabians around the world including the most renowned historical studs enjoy the level of authentication enjoyed by the Tahawi horses, believe it or not! ... Edouard al Dahdah once wrote about the Tahawi horses: one of the most authenticated group of horses in the Arabian breed! The Quadrants of Authentication for a desert bred horse mean ALL of the following: 1. Stud records that show the horse source, career and descendants. 2. Race calendars reflecting the horse participation in the Arabian horse races. 3. Photos for the horse either at stud or in the race. AND on top of all of them: 4. A Hujja (a Bedouin tribal certificate) signed, sealed and witnessed by some of the well known Bedouin breeders of Arabia. For a horse bred in the first half of the 20th century this is magic! ... Having these magical authentication quadrants; Hujja, photo, race calendars and stud records, could not be found even for the Egyptian royal family or RAS foundation horses. Only two or maximum three of these elements could be found for an Arabian horse over the course of history. Here are only two examples of Tahawi Arabians in the 1930s who enjoy the Four Quadrants of Authentication:
