The Fun Kitchen workshops this week have been delicious, slightly delirious and above all... well, a ton of fun. Highlights so far have included sweet dough triumphs (Apple and blackberry turnovers, salted caramel sticky cinnamon buns (oh yeah!)) and macaroons last night. There are just a few places left so please SHARE if you know anyone who would like to learn to bake in a field in Devon this weekend: -Chocolate tempering & the ultimate chocolate cake -Flaky pastry and creme patissiere (almost sold-out)!!! -Showstopping Salted Caramel cake with Italian meringue buttercream and spun sugar -Bread-making including lush brunch treats (meat-based) -Perfect scones and jam-making Wed love to have every place sold because so far people have had such a laugh and left with boxes full of their own handmade deliciousness.
