The GP Panthers ended the season on a high note and beat the Glassell Park Buccaneers 24 to 0. The team played like the champions they are, all business with a little bit of swag. Joshua didnt even get to run the ball today because the 1st Team Offense scored before he got a chance. Joshua played center for the remainder of the game. In the 4th quarter we ran the reverse, double pass play and the team executed it perfectly. Joshuas one play of the game resulted in a TD. His TD was made possible by his centering of the ball, great blocking by the offensive line, the hand-off exchanges between the QB and the Wingback and the Wingback and the Receiver. The receiver needs to make a perfect pass back to the QB, then the QB needs to get the ball down field to the center who needs to catch the ball. Last Tuesday Joshua began to run before he caught the ball resulting in an incomplete pass. We fell short by one point last game, so that was a big dropped ball. Joshua made sure he caught the ball this time and he scored his 10th touchdown of the season.
