The Global Shipping Programme is more for peeps that dont currently ship abroad. You pay the shipping to the UK fulfilment centre and eBay do the rest. Your responsibility ends when it is scanned at the fulfilment centre and if it goes astray then eBay take the hit. eBay charge the buyer in their own country for tracked shipping and also any customs charges. If you currently ship abroad then it may not be for you as you can probably ship cheaper but, if you dont it opens it up to you.
