Now people are tired and want political reforms to put a limit on presidential terms, so the Gnassingbe monopoly may end. But from his recent statements whiles visiting Ghana, the current Gnassingbe (Faure) made it clear that such popular demands wont happen. Hes preparing to stand for a third term in next years Togolese election. Oh dear Faure. When the people spring in rebellion soon, dont come crawling across the border begging us for shelter.
