Road Closures and Parking Restrictions will be in effect for the State Funeral of former President and Prime Minister Arthur Napoleon Raymond Robinson. Beginning Tuesday 29th April, 2014, at 7AM, the body of the former President and Prime Minister will move from the Clarke and Battoo Funeral Home, East along Tragarete Road, South onto St. Vincent Street, East onto Knox Street, South onto Abercromby Street, West onto Independence Square South, and then onto the Waterfront Parliament, South entrance. At 6pm the body of the former President and Prime Minister will return from the Parliament, West onto Wrightson Road, and North on Colville Street, East onto Tragarete Road into the funeral home. This will be repeated until daily until Thursday when the body of the former President and Prime Minister will be taken to the National Academy for the Performing Arts, before being taken to Tobago. Thursday May 1ST, 2014 road closures and parking restrictions from 6 am to 8 am on Tragarete Road between St Vincent Street and Dundonald Street, and from 7.30 am to 9 am on Frederick Street between Queen’s Park West and Knox Street. Additionally, there will be NO PARKING on Tuesday and Wednesday from 5am to 8am on Tragarete Road between St Vincent Street and Dundonald Street, St Vincent Street between Tragarete Road and Independence Square South, and between St Vincent Street and Wrightson Road, and Wrightson Road between Independence Square South to Dock Road, on Dock Road, neither on Richmond Street between Tragarete Road and Independence Square South.
