The Great Expectations Foundation exists to provide funding for organizations focused on children’s education, fitness and wellness, along with their emotional and spiritual development. By making grants to these types of organizations, and overseeing the grants to ensure use for charitable purposes, the foundation hopes to enhance the lives of children in the Midwest region of the United States. The foundation was created by the Carrico family of St. Louis, MO. The family is passionate about helping children and, through this foundation, aims to provide funds to organizations that fulfill its mission:
