The Hanoitimes – On September 19th, the Dong Xuan Joint Stock Company coordinated with local authorities, officially opening the Hang Buom Food Street. The 300 m long Hang Buom Street in Hanoi’s Old Quarter – one of the attractive destinations for travellers in Hanoi has been made a cuisine street, serving Hanoi traditional confectionery, beverage and some European and Asian dishes to visitors. At the event, the 40 stalls along the street attracted many tourists who were delighted to taste the food. The organizers alos ensure the environmental sanitation and public security in the street. The food street will operate on a trial basis three nights a week at the weekend for three months. The inauguration of the Hang Buom Food Street aimed to introduce the cultural space of the Old Quarter to visitors both locals and foreigners. HNT
