We know Sam Farr says this public water district has got to go, as he seems to think their insistence on abiding by process interferes with his big donor plans for big desal. But for the Herald to endorse the Gustafson, who once said, We should have built a prison instead of a university, its a better class of people, and Nishi, who once wrote two $25,000 MCWD checks to the same entity in one day because rules prevent a director from authorizing over $25,000 without another signatory, indicating a sorry comprehension of rules, and who once turned off the water to a childrens park to make a political point, just cements the Heralds illegitimacy as anything but dog poo wrapping.
