The Herman Cain Show coming to the McDonough Square..... WSB Radio has requested the use of the Historic McDonough Square for a Herman Cain Show broadcast (wsbradio/s/herman-cain/). This will be similar to the broadcast that he did last year in October since they had such a great turnout for that radio broadcast. The radio station has requested to reserve the Square on Friday, September 12, 2014 from 3:30pm-8:30pm. The broadcast will run from 6:30p.m. – 8:30p.m. Set-up starts at 3:30p.m. The radio station plans to have Mr. Cain host his regular show, it will just be in an outdoor setting on the Square instead of in the studio. Community members are welcomed to watch and participate. Bring your own setting. We anticipate some traffic disruption due to the usual “rubber-necking” like there is when any event is held on the Square during rush hour, but WSB only requested 4 parking spaces on Macon Street nearest to the stage for their engineering trucks.
