The Holy Spirit In You We have a Treasure in us, that as Christians we do not think about a lot; nor do we seek counsel with enough, as we should do on a daily basis. The Holy Spirit is the third member of the God Head Trinity and He lives with us and is joined to our spirits. (When He said living water, He was speaking of the Spirit, Who would be given to everyone believing in Him. But, the Spirit had not yet been given, because Jesus had not yet entered into His glory.) John 7:39 (NLT). God is not in some far off other dimension and unreachable; but, He resides within our very beings. God can be reached as closely as a silent prayer from our spirits. In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Acts 2:17 (NIV), Joel 2:28 (NLT). The bible says that God knows the exact number of hairs on our heads; so, we know that God cares about every single aspect of our lives. What a gift to be able to talk directly to God about even our smallest concerns in life! So, we do not have to bear burdens and loads. Let us lay them at the feet of the Lord. Search for the LORD and for His strength; continually seek Him. 1 Chronicles 16:11 (NLT). During our quiet times and when we are sleeping, God communes with our spirits, if we are born again Christians. For God wanted them to know that the riches and glory of Christ are for you Gentiles, too. And this is the secret: Christ lives in you. This gives you assurance of sharing his glory. Colossians 1:27 (NLT). When we humble ourselves before the Lord, we pray and reach God, whether we pay aloud, or in the spirit. And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because He has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with His love. Romans 5:5 (NLT). There are also gifts of the Holy Spirit and God gives them to us as it pleases Him. And all of them were filled with The Spirit of Holiness, and they were going out speaking in various languages, according to whatever The Spirit was giving them to speak. (Aramaic Bible in Plain English). Delight yourself also in the Lord; and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Psalms 37:4 (KJ2). Lay all of your cares at the feet of Jesus (Yeshua). But if you remain in Me and My words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted! John 15:7 (NLT). God is in you and He is as near as your whisper to Him, or the prayer of your spirit. Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. Matthew 7:7 (NLT). Our strength is only in the Lord! Search for the Lord and for His strength; continually seek Him. Psalms 105:4 (NLT).
