The Holy Spirit came in the form of a dove and rested on Jesus shoulder. The dove is a symbol of peace and gentleness, Jesus Christ being the Prince of Peace. As believers filled with Holy Spirit, there should be a noticeable peace about you. Notwithstanding the seasons of spiritual conflict with evil, but if your spirit is always raging, loud, cantankerous, proud, and boastful, you may need to ask yourself whether Holy Spirit has filled you or if there is another spirit ruling in its place. We cannot fool ourselves. The fruit of the Spirit is not rotten, corrupt, or poisonous. It doesnt kill; it makes alive. It is good, demonstrates the character of our Lord Jesus, and is easily entreated. There is no need to testify that we are Spirit filled. All will know what is ruling in you. The spirit you are filled with will be known by the fruit it is bearing in your life. It will testify for you.
