The HolyGhost can play 3 major jobs; He comes in us, He comes on us and with us. We had the HolyGhost in us when we got born-again i.e. when Zoe (God kind of life) got planted into psuche (natural life) and eternal life was birthed in us. When the anointing of God comes upon you, it is for you to serve. Jesus told the disciples to wait at the upper room so they can be endued with power (Acts 1:8). If you preach outside the anointing, you will just be entertaining people. You can’t heal the sick or raise the dead except by the HolyGhost. When hands are laid on people, it is to strengthen them to witness for God because you cannot witness for God except by the anointing. The HolyGhost comes on you to help you serve well and faithfully. 2 Timothy 1:6- “Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. Note that it is gift and not gifts. The gift of God to mankind is the HolyGhost and the gifts of God are the gifts that the HolyGhost births in a man. When it talks about stirring up the gift, it was talking about stirring up the HolyGhost. When we get born-again and the anointing comes on the natural spirit, our natural spirit gets translated into a supernatural spirit or a recreated human spirit. The content of the anointing is not same as the content of the natural spirit; the anointing is thicker than the natural spirit. When the HolyGhost comes on a man, He comes thick and it is a homogenous mixture (a mixture that cannot be separated) not a heterogenous mixture (a mixture that can be separated). When you are cold in spirit, you need to stir up the gift in you. When you stir up the HolyGhost, He becomes active in your system. But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost (Jude 1:20). When you pray in the HolyGhost, you are building up yourself in your most holy faith. Romans 8:11 says “but if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken (vitalize, make alive) your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.” Deep calleth unto deep……Psalm 42:7. What is the deep that is calling unto deep? 1 Corinthians 2:11 says “for what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? Even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.” If the HolyGhost dwell in us and He knows the mind of God, then we know the mind of God (1 Corinthians 2:10). The HolySpirit is the extraordinary strategist; He makes things work. He is our comforter, helper, counselor, advocate; standby. When the natural fails, the supernatural takes over. In Luke 12:11-12, Jesus said: “and when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say. For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.” John 14:26- “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.” You have an anointing from the Holy one and you know all things (1 John 2:20). The anointing is same as the HolyGhost. From this, you can say: you have the HolyGhost from the Holy one and you know all things…. Glory to God. Do you know all things? Yes you do. When you get confused in the examination hall, start speaking in tongues because that is the language of the spirit and understanding will come alive in you;bringing to your remembrance all you have read
