The Hon. Parliament threatened to enact a Bill that would disband the entire Judicial Service Commission (JSC). Now reports have it that it (LEGISLATURE) wants the President (or the EXECUTIVE) to appoint a special tribunal to probe the six members of the JSC (Judiciary). Where is the seperation of powers doctrine in the three Arms of the Kenya Government? The doctrine for those who may want to know means that The Executive The Legislature and The Judiciary are Independent Distinct & Separated from each others roles. Should our Leader H.E President Uhuru Kenyatta accept the petition that he shows the EXIT door to the 6 errant JSC top Officers once the Tribunal hell appoint fails to vindicate them ( all six Hon. Commissioners)?
