The Honor Flight program was started by an Air Force Veteran and VA employee, Earl Morse, to ensure that World War II Veterans could visit their memorial in D.C. This film highlights the program and its impact on Veterans and volunteers (many of them VA employees). Thousands of people have seen this endearing film since 2012, but many of our Veterans and their families still have not. Now’s their chance! In honor of Veterans and Veterans Day, the film’s producers--FreeThink Media and Snag Films—have kindly granted VA permission to broadcast this heart-warming film in its medical centers so that Veterans, volunteers, and employees have an opportunity to see it. vaww.vakncdn.lrn.va.gov/cl_popup.asp?mode=popup&Media_ID=7239&M_Cat_ID=99
