The IPCC Climate Change Report released today issues very dire warning for all of us who reside on this planet, as well as those yet unborn. I am curious what do you think? I know for myself and many others of my vintage that in our youth we all had great intentions to make the world a better place, to reduce littering, pollution, waste and greed . I naively believed that over population would not be an issue in my lifetime, I never imagined the oceans, rivers and lakes would be filled with mankinds garbage, we were going to fix all that , werent we? Its no secret that this has been going on for a few years now and regrettably shows no signs of getting better. I for one cannot help but feel we have failed not only ourselves but our children and grandchildren. We have tried havent we? What went wrong? How did we drop the ball? What can we do to remedy this dire situation? One possibility is that there is a God out there, and what we are experiencing now is just a fulfillment of prophesy form long long ago. Maybe from the beginning God knew mankind would destroy this beautiful home, there was no need for any intervention on his part, after all mankind is the single most destructive creature inhabiting this world. The way things are going we had all better hope that there is a God out there who can save us from ourselves. Just me venting, I am curious what you out there in FB land think?
