The Icc kenyan case is expossing the underbelly of the Icc that is leaving most of us baffled. The bench is just too linient to the prosecution to a point of giving in to any request made by the prosecution regardless of how utra vires it is.Is it conventional for prosecution to demand that the accused provides self incriminating information to easien the budden of proof for the prosecution?.Was the prosecution ill prepared in this matter?.Did this case realy meet the threshold required by Rome statutes for Icc cases? Will Icc be fair to all parties and before our eyes or will it be tempted or forced to deliver a verdict that will please the prosecution that the bench seems too desparately bent on face saving? The whole world is silently watching you?Going further to comment on issues emmerging wld be contemptious and also massage the egoes of some parties unduelly.lets me stop at that.
