The Immigration Accountability Act to de-fund President Obamas executive amnesty order was my first legislation of the New Year and the new 114th Congress. The bill I introduced yesterday prohibits the Department of Homeland Security from using fees it collects -- outside Congress normal appropriations process -- to fund the presidents unconstitutional program. He further expanded so-called Deferred Action in November, after claiming to understand the American publics frustration with his leadership. The Republican House is committed to stopping his power grab.
