The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has refused to declare APGA’s Chief Wille Obiano winner of the Anambra gubernatorial election with majority votes of 174,710. This was because the total numbers of rigged but nullified votes was more than the difference between the numbers of votes cast for the winner and the runner up of this election according to the State INEC official who read the results at about 6am Monday morning. The PDP had 94956 while the APC had 92300. A supplementary election is to hold in places where elections were cancelled. What do you think?
