The Inside’R’ – Worth a read … ISSUE three of The Inside’R’, QPR’s official and FREE online magazine, is available to download from Friday. Here’s a snippet … Francis on why he left the club (in 1994): “I didn’t want to leave at all. This was really about Les, and having to sell him. This wasn’t something I was going to accept. “Two weeks before I left they actually got the Wolves chairman to ring me up to ask if I wanted to be his manager! My chairman had spoken to him and told him to ring me, so it was quite clear they wanted to get me out of the way so they could sell Les. “I was forced to leave really. It was a shame because what I told them was that if you sell Les Ferdinand, you’ve got a great chance of being relegated.” Plus, for another sneak peak of what’s to come, check out the exclusive video at the top of this page!
