The International Space Station will be passing overhead tonight - TopicsExpress

The International Space Station will be passing overhead tonight at around 5:20. A cloudless evening is forecast so it should be easiliy visible as a very bright light passing from west to east. If you have little ones then its a perfect opportunity to watch Santas sleigh shoot across the sky. For Wiltshire it will be just over 50 degrees above the horizon (about half way between the horizon and directly overhead if youre facing south) and take 4 minutes to cross the sky. It will cross again just before 7pm, but will be much lower and harder to see - and only last 1 minute second time round.
