The Islander Sports Foundation joins in saluting a true Islander icon, Ted Considine. Ted will be awarded the Lifetime Partnership Award from Coronado Schools Foundation for his work and the work of his CPA Firm Considine & Considine on behalf of CSF. The Considine family have been leaders in anything and everything in Coronado related to sport and school for many, many years. There is only one other recipient of this award, Todd Shallan from the Hotel Del Coronado. Ted will receive his award this Sunday at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort at 4PM. Knowing Ted hell have pancake flour on his suit, as a Coronado Rotarian hell likely be at village elementary in the morning flipping pancakes. A true Islander Icon, for every kid kicking a soccer ball, catching a football, hitting a baseball today in Coronado, somehow years back Ted probably made it possible. Good on ya Ted! cccpa/
