The Israeli govt calls it MOWING THE LAWN; this periodic culling of Palestinian children. Reminds us of what Moriscoes were called during the Iberian Reconquista when they were being hunted down & forcibly expelled despite their conversion - malas hierbas , ie VILE WEEDS. Just like we were strange fruit hanging from the poplar trees.
