The Jewish Standard Rabbi Yehuda Glick, who was shot in an assassination-attempt outside Jerusalems Old City this evening, is not simply a ultra-rightist Temple Mount activist as the headlines read. He has a very interesting outlook and a strong advocate for partnering with religious Muslims to formulate a vision for the Temple Mount as a place of prayer for all nations. He stresses that such a vision means that the mosques on the site will remain revered and untouched, but be the basis for a larger sacred space to be built there for all nations to benefit from.
