The Jian question...300,000 petition signers can be wrong...this is the one and only thing I will post as I am reluctant to give him a further stage... From the first article, and the plea for signatures, all I could ask myself as this pre-emptive strike from Jian hit fb is this: why, are all these people, men and women alike, more interested in protecting fame than hearing a womans cries for help? Why are we so infatuated with the slightly, to very, well known in our society to such a level that we would unquestioningly, without any pause, or time to think critically and hear all the evidence believe this story, when in the same breath, we wouldnt even give the women who were crying one second of air time.... I would invite you, any of you, to quietly ask yourself these very important questions...and if they are true for you, then maybe its time to ask yourself a few more searching questions of your own... violence is violence....unless you have had touch your life, you cannot know the far reaching and often paralyzing effects of it...it is time Canada to wake up and educate yourselves...learn to think critically (particularly with media and absolutely on facebook) and possibly develop the compassionate ear for violence against women...
