The Johannesburg Regional Service Centre will host a workshop on weight management on Friday 02 August 2013. The event is organised by the Office of the Dean of Students. The theme is “LOSE WEIGHT, AVOID OBESITY”. Topics include: Weight loss and diet plans; and Exercise for losing weight. Proceedings start at 09:00.
