The Johnston City Indians fought valiantly in their first football - TopicsExpress

The Johnston City Indians fought valiantly in their first football game of the season, yesterday, but lost to the Vienna Eagles 14-8. The unbearable heat proved to be more than some could handle, though, as Vienna (and former Johnston City) head football coach Mike Rude had to be taken away in an ambulance for heat exhaustion. Others also had to be treated for heat related issues. Ours prayers are with them and their families for speedy recoveries.
