The Journey into Self. I am experience a powerful connection with my higher self right as I write this post. I feel energized, inspired and empowered. I finally see a path through my current reality to create one where I will realise my full potential. This realisation comes from an experience I had tonight - where I was able to finally see myself and love exactly what I saw. I moved beyond self acceptance to actualising self love... And it’s radiating through me as I sit here and type. Its funny how the parts we deny about ourselves, the pieces which are imperfect, vulnerable, damaged - are the parts which when accepted and loved, turn out to be the most powerful elements of our beings. When we reach a point where we can truly observe ourselves - really see who we are in our entirety, and love all that we see, suddenly we are connected with our true power. Once we let go of anger, sadness, hurt, guilt, judgement – the shame and the fear of ourselves, we give our inner light permission to shine. When you can show gratitude for all the events in your life, even the worst trials and challenges, the fear subsides and we suddenly make sense of and celebrate our journeys. Every event, every choice, every decision, every mistake and victory, has lead you to this point of clarity, where you can see that your life is exactly as it should be. This point signals a transformation, a movement into a new way of being, where every day events around you have new meaning. Simple moments in your life which you so often overlook shift, suddenly they have new significance, and within them all answers you have been searching for. A glimpse of a reality, you now understand you can create if you simply stop standing in the way of your own power. I feel at this moment in time for the first time in my life and I am truly in love with myself!! And not in an egoistic and narcissistic way, but I have now realised self-love. And I have discovered it is pure joy!! In this moment, suddenly so many questions have been answered. A mere few seconds of connection with my true and higher self, has provided me with a vision of how to move forward from this point in my life. The path is clear. The belief in myself matches my ambition. I have a powerful knowing. A knowing that all I see in my mind’s eye - my dreams, my hopes, my aspirations - for myself, for my family and for the world around me will begin to appear easily and effortlessly. And we can, can we not? Create the reality and life we so desperately long for, to realise our life purpose and bring our dreams into actuality. I can’t wait to take action. I can’t wait for the sun to rise so I have another day, another opportunity to achieve my goals. I can’t wait see my vision unfold before me– providing me with peace and the knowing that I helped change the world for the better. The underlying message of conversation is: “Learn to love the pieces of yourself you fear most”!! These are the components of our being that will create the biggest changes in our lives - once self is viewed in its entirety - and shown only love, we can express our true nature. Acknowledge the darkest corners of your soul - the parts you fear the most - and fill that space with light and love. Genuinely love who you are…… Then, you are free!!
