The Junction City/Geary County CVB was awarded top honors for its marketing efforts by the Travel Industry Association of Kansas (TIAK). The award was announced at the annual Kansas Tourism Conference held in Topeka. The JC/GE CVB won in the Traditional Multi-Media category which was for Radio, TV, Video. The JC/GE CVB could not have won without the support and partnership efforts of Flint Hills Radio, Team W, Lindsay Randall and the CVB Advisory Board. Though usually only one winner is selected per category, this year Greensburg, KS was also choosen in the same category. Congratulations to Manhattan, KS for winning in the Visitor Guide category.
