The Kailua Neighborhood Board will be sponsoring a special forum on Windward Property Crime this Thursday, March 13, 7 p.m. at the Kailua Recreation Center. Forum panelists include Judge Steven Alm, Circuit Court Judge, State of Hawaii; Tammy Mori, Community Relations Director for the State Judiciary; Keith Kaneshiro, Prosecutor, City & County of Honolulu; Ted Sakai, Director, State of Hawaii Department of Public Safety; and Captain Dagan Tsuchida, Honolulu Police Department. The agenda includes a panel discussion moderated by Kailua Neighborhood Board Vice Chair Larry Bartley, followed by a Question & Answer Session for Kailua Neighborhood Board Representatives, as well as members of the audience.
