The Kangaroo was about to destroy the pick on the clover even though it contains a whole life of the Who Ville. The mayor asked everyone to make noise and scream out loudly saying "We are here .. We are here" to force the outer world listen to them This scene is the same that happened on Jul. 26th when the mayor "El-Sisy" asked everyone to get out and scream out loudly "We are here .. We are here".
