This event will feature games, health exhibitors/vendors and speakers all geared towards families, women of childbearing age, pregnant women, new mothers/fathers and young mothers/fathers from the Raleigh North area. KCSSU and tcb consulting will engage a host of community organizations including Wake County Health and Social Services Department, the March of Dimes and others to participate as a sponsor or vendor to the Healthy Baby Community Baby Shower. The Community Baby Shower is an opportunity for health organizations to educate the community about prenatal care; reducing the risk of infant mortality and premature birth; planning for a pregnancy both physically and financially; emergency planning, amongst other topics.
