The Kenya Police have succeded in making Kenya a Xenophopic nation, I agree that Makaburi might have overstepped the bounds of freedom of expression, association and worship, but that is why we have courts and prisons that we pay with lots of tax payers money to keep away criminals from the society. I take the position that the Killing of Shekh Abubakar Sharrif Makaburi show a nation that has moved from a state or rule of law to a police state. I thought this lawlessness would end with Men IN Black and now we have Men in White. When my friend and UON room mate GPO Oulu was shot dead i froze and complained, i cannot support blantant killing of Kenyans even if they are criminals, we must strengthen invsetigative and intelligence gethering to ensure that when cases are brought to court, the goverment does not lose due to poor investigations, How comes the Courts awarded Makaburi over 600,000 KES on damages that would be paid from tax payers money, is Kenya police doing its job? We must condemn this because if it is allowed then anyone can be killed on the streets by unknown shotters dressed in white robs.
