A statement from the Ministry said that the results of this session focused on the extension of the retirement age for 105 magistrates and the retirement of 51 others, either at their request or for having reached the age limit for retirement. The Council decided the promotion to the exceptional 149 judges to first grade, 5 were responsible for mission to the outstanding rank. Thirty-two magistrates of second grade were promoted to 1st grade, 155 judges of third grade were promoted to the second rank, of which 24 were responsible for mission in that grade, added the same source. The Council also decided to load 07 magistrates in the first grade. It also decided to appoint 48 magistrates in positions of responsibility, either in respect of transfers or new appointments. The Board has appointed 31 judges at the Court of Cassation. The Council, after having considered the applications of mutation on the basis of criteria adopted for the first time, decided to respond positively to 412 transfer requests and mutate 26 judges to appellate courts in order to fill the gap recorded in these jurisdictions, the suggestion relating to various topics submitted to the Council, in full respect of the provisions of the Constitution. It also decided to mutate 81 judges following their promotion. In the context of disciplinary proceedings, the Supreme Council of the Magistracy considered the situation of several judges accused of professional failures and behavior. In this connection, the Council decided to pay 03 magistrates to revoke 04 judges and automatically update the retirement 05 other. It has also decided to temporarily suspend work 09 judges to delay promotion to the higher grade of a magistrate, to issue a warning to other two and postpone consideration of the case of two magistrates. It was decided the appointment of 297 new from magistrates of the 37th promotion of judicial officers, including swearing will be held next Friday (16 H 00) at the Court of appeal of Rabat (Sale schedule), announces the release.
