The LEGISLATURES of Colorado and Washington legalized marijuana. The justice department of the obama regime refuses to enforce a law passed by Congress. The attorney general and president took an oath to uphold the laws of the land, and have violated that by their actions. If the law is to be changed, our Constitution prescribes how it is to be done. Any student who studied constitutional law with professor obama should take a make up course with a real legal scholar. A president who is not bright enough to know when his attorney general is off the rails is a danger to our legal system and the people. Do it the right way, and stop pandering to your political base.
