The Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Law is a mess. BJP Government is now trying to amend the Law passed last year by UPA Government with BJPs support, in spite of Economists & Industrialists & Independent Political Social & Economic Analysts pointing out various serious flaws in the UPAs Bill. One wonders why BJP did not pay heed to these things pointed out by recognized Independent Observers & Commentators. One also wonders whether our Politicians devote any time to law making or concentrate their time & energy in creating Ruckus & Pandemonium in the Parliament & the State Legislature ??? Is it why we have elected our Pampered Representatives ??? If this state of affairs persists for too long, the People will lose faith on Democracy and MPs & MLAs. If you agree, please share.
