The Law & Prejudice: What’s without prejudice & can prejudices affect judges in court decisions? Prejudice locks the mind, nothing can enter, nothing true can escape. Peeping into a prejudice mind is like opening the door to a room packed to the ceiling with junk, nothing whatever can get in & when the door opens the junk comes tumbling out. Those whose minds are jammed with prejudice ve no room 4 anything else. The word roots of Prejudice – “prejudicium” imply prejudgment! People are prejudiced both 4 & against a philosophy, a religion, a race, a political party etc. u can drown prejudice people, reason, scream, weep & beg but ur plead 4 fairness & justice would go 4 knot. Our prejudices & we all ve them, are part of our personality structure. The problem is dat our prejudices may lie looking at the bottom of the sub-training & mind where they slowly ooze up & colour our thinking without annoying it. The question is not are we prejudiced? But what are our prejudices? I myself I’m prejudiced against racist & bigots. Some people are also prejudiced against bankers. They dont like bankers bcos they believe dat legally they rob people etc. So what is the prejudice of a judge in considering a verdict & delivering the correct one? I wonder!
