The Liberals just announced the same empty promises to condo owners they made two years ago & never delivered on. Missing from OLP platform: Tarion & Building Code reform to stop falling glass; and theres nothing about stopping the weasel clauses that allow developers to promise one thing to condo buyers and then deliver something else. I introduced four bills to reform our outdated condo laws to serve condo owners -- not lawyers, consultants & developers
