Randy Sharp is a country singer/songwriter who has written songs for Clay Walker, Patty Loveless, Reba McEntire, and the Dixie Chicks. Many of his country western songs have received awards, including Grammys. He is also the father of Country singer-songwriter Maia Sharp. Recently, Sharp released an album singing his own songs entitled Songs of the San Joaquin. Randy has written many songs that have risen to the top of the country music charts. Why Does It Have to Be Wrong or Right and A Tender Lie recorded by Restless Heart; Nobodys Talking, Even Now, and Yet recorded with Exile; and Then What recorded by Clay Walker.
