When Jesus was in the raging waters he was asleep because he knew who GOD was. Who his father was. He also knew who He was. It was his disciples that forgot who there GOD was and most insultingly who was with them even in the boat They were very afraid. They ran to wake Jesus up What did He do next. He awoke, commanded in a very authoritative voice. Peace be still Deuteronomy 4:35 ESV To you it was shown, that you might know that the Lord is God; there is no other besides him. What situation is like the raging storm in your life? Is it a boss? Is it finances? Is it your spouse? Is it your children? What ever it is, use the authority given to you in the name of Jesus and command that storm... Psalm 46:10 ESV “Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” Exodus 14:14 ESV The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.” Psalm 37:7 ESV Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices! What ever it is say with and authority I COMMAND YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS PEACE BE STILL ! ! ! Prayer: Father, in times of trouble help me to remember the authority you have given to me. Help me to remember that no demon in hell is greater than you. Your word says to resist the devil and he will flee from me. It also says that greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. Help me to remember these things and more. Grant me your peace. Thank you. In Jesus name. Amen
