The Lords Prayer Matthew 6:5-15 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. 6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. 8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. 14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: 15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. When was the the last time you said a prayer in this manner When was the last time you searched after the Lords face When was the the last time you humbly feel to your knees and said to the Almighty, " God Forgive Me, Forgive Me God For my evil ways, Forgive me OH God for my sins, Forgive me God for living of this world and not living for your kingdom, I fall to my knees oh God I ask you Let thy kingdom come let thy will be done in my life, forgive me oh heavenly Father forgive me for all my wicked ways, I seek after you Oh God after your kingdom Oh God consume me from inside out deliver me from evil and temptation, speak a word of forgiveness to my heart that I may be meek and follow after you that I may forgive my trespassers and debtors, deliver me from temptation to hold grudges so I may not build a stronghold help me Oh God Help me to be more Like you Help me to Oh God to walk in the spirit and not of the flesh, consume me Jesus fill me Jesus come set me apart from this world that I may seek after your face that I may draw nearer to your cross Oh Jesus forgive me I cry out to to Oh Lord I need your help. We all need help We all need hope, If you feel lost if you feel alone If you feel broken, turn to Jesus Are help comes from the Lord God Almighty
