The Lost Art of Play: Helping Children Grow Up October 28, 7:00 - 9:00 pm at the Genesis Theatre (5005 45 Avenue, Ladner). Play is essential to developing independence, individuality and responsibility taking in children. All play is not created equal and it is not enough to provide the space and opportunity, parents must satisfy relational needs first.
