The Man Rant: Another poem by D.Boom 1.) How could you leave a special son; who looks just like you? 2.) How could you claim someone, then claim theyre nothing like you? 1.) How can you be financially free, but non-supportive & spiteful? 2.) How can you deny your son, who wanted to be just like you? -I had a father who couldnt raise me, a daddy who wouldnt claim me; And on mother who couldnt explain me. Forget the fact that Im 27 with no clue of my lineage, Try being 27 and the son of many men. I dont know who nuts I come from, just a product of plenty sin; My parents sleep good at night, while my insomnia never ends. The man on my birth certificate, dont match the man with my limbs, And the man I do call my father is the furthest from my kin. At age 6 it begins; unkind words from my friends. The only bastard in my family, well; me and my twin. My grandfather too old, and my grandmama too slow.. I made a man outta myself, while I watched others grow. I can only imagine how my twin feels; at least she got mom dukes. Seen lil bro daddy raise him - The main reason Im Blue. Not the feeling but the color, On GD I grew, Aint never met Larry Hoover, but Im thankful for dude. You can say all you want on that note; but one thang is true, Folks made a man outta me - More than I can say for you two.
