• The Man • With • The White Skin People Will Always Try To Define You By What You Are Or What You Do. The Kind Of Job You Do Or Where You Live But The Choice Is Always In Your Hands, What You Do With How They Define You. If You Choose To Accept The Way They Define You And Live By That Standard, You Have Just Shot Yourself In The Foot. I’m Not Looking For What the World Will Give to Me but What I Will Leave for the World. Every Man Has Something To Give And My Job Is To Help Him Find It If He Desires To, Before He Takes His Potential To The Grave. We All Try To Live For Ourselves And Family But Do You Know That Sometimes We All Find Ourselves In Places Where There Are No Family So Who Do You Call Family Then? The Man And Woman You Meet There, Those Are Your Family. It Is Time We Stop Living For Ourselves And Start Living To Make An Impact In Our Little Community, Church Or Mosque, Neighborhood, Estate, The Man Next Door Or Colleague. If A Man With A White Skin Comes And Tell You This, You Will Open Your Heart To It But When It’s Your Brother You Saw Growing Up In The Same Neighborhood Having The Same Challenges You Take His Word And Wrap It Like A Thrash And Throw It Into A Bin. Unknowingly To You That The Man That Suffers What You Suffer Is More In The Knowing To Give You A Way Out Than The Man In The White Skin. It Is Time We Start Appreciating And Training What We Have. If We Keep Going Out To Outsource Potentials Or Work Men, At The End Of The Day We Will Have A Country With No Value Because The Citizens Are Regarded As Second Class Even In Their Own Country. There Is No Difference In Our Brain Cells Or In Our Blood Cells. All We Lack Is Discipline And Proper Work Ethics And For That To Corrected, We Need Proper Re-Orientation. Can You Kill A Child Because He Has A Bad Leg Or A Bad Foot? We Cannot Throw Away Our Work Men And People Because They Lack Integrity And Work Ethics. Companies And Organizations Should Start Organizing Re-Orientation And Mentoring Programs For Their Junior Staff After Which Upon Completion You Start Committing Little Responsibilities To Them Instead Of Contracting The Jobs Out To The Men With White Skin. Can You Give Your 5yr Old Child The Key To Your Posh Car? Why Have We Given Men Responsibilities When They Have Not Yet Proven Themselves In Little Things. We Expect People Not To Fail Because Somebody Gave Them Reference To You. The Man That Gave The Reference, You Have Worked With But The Man That Is Referencing, You Have Not Worked With So Why Do You Think That Man Will Deliver The Same Way The Man That Referenced Him Delivered. We Have To Let People Work Their Way To The Top And Stop Putting Them In Positions Because Somebody Says So And We Would Have To Bring Them Down Again Due To Lack Of Delivery. This Same Thing Goes To The People We Elect In Office. We Have Not Seen Them Proof Themselves Over Time Because They Have A Good Face Or From A Particular Region. We Vote Them Into Office With No Political Will Or Experience And We Go Back And Cry Over This Same People For Failure Of Delivery. How Will A Man Give What He Does Not Have When He Has Not Built Experience In Leading A Small People, How Can He Lead A Big People.
