The Manteno Tri turned out to be a great race for me. Took it nice and easy in the water and felt comfortable the whole time. Had a fast and steady pace on the bike (ave 19.1). Both transitions were under 2 min. Legs were shot on the run, but I pushed hard and managed to keep just under 8:40s. Ended up taking 3rd place in my age group and 59th overall. Extremely happy with the results! (And glad its over!)
