The Masters CrossFit Games 2014 is complete. Not the Games I thought it would be for me, it was actually so much more.... there was heart break and disappointment fueled with an unwavering desire to finish what I had started. Many lessons learned, new friends made, experiences lived and a BIG goal achieved. I am in awe of the these Masters athletes.....truly some of the nicest people I have ever met! So incredibly supportive of one another and their stories are remarkable! It was an honor to sit amongst the Fittest in the World!!! I was certainly not alone out on that field and throughout my journey there. My sincere thanks to Keith, Carse, Payton, Manon, Carol, Buzz, Kelly, Dianne, John, and Suzie for making the trek out to CA to support me.... you guys were amazing and I LOVED hearing and seeing you there! And to my incredible Cynergy CrossFit and Quincy City CrossFit family that helped make it all possible!
