The McDuffie County School District has learned of potential threats being carried out at tonight’s Windsor Forest-Thomson High football game. The rumor is associated with a group of boys from Warren County fighting a group of students here in McDuffie County. In an abundance of precaution, the school system has activated additional safety and security protocols for the game. Patrons should expect to enter through metal detector devices and/or be scanned my metal detection devices upon entering the Brickyard. This measure, again, is being carried out in an abundance of precaution to ensure the safety of all visitors to the Brickyard. The safety of all patrons remains a top priority.
